. Tulio C Torres Rodriguez, 65, of Laurel, MD passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021 He was born in 1956 to Rafael Torres and Catalina Rodriguez de Torres in Sonsonate, El Salvador. He retired from his different odd jobs. He enjoyed art in his younger days and loved playing at casinos. He’s favorite pastimes were playing video games with his children. He is survived by his children and wife as well as friends and extended family members. He is survived by daughter Monica Torres, daughter Kathy Torres, son Cesar Torres and wife Delmy Torres.

A graveside service will be held Columbia Memorial Park, Clarksville on Tuesday, November 30 at 11 AM.
